Aerofit.me Refund & Exchange Policy
Customers are eligible for refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- The wrong product was sent by the Company to the customer
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Refunds or exchanges will be permitted only if product is returned in its original condition and packaging without being opened, used or tampered. Refunds or exchanges are permitted only within 7 days of purchase or receiving the goods provided the above conditions are met. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Order Cancellations are only permitted if multiple booking/orders of the same product have been made which may result in multiple charges being booked on the customer’s payment card.Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially.
