aeroSling XPE - the new dimension of ultra-light, transportable suspension trainers with a pulley. All you need for a challenging and effective workout is your own bodyweight and the aeroSling XPE. The aeroSling XPE shares the high quality of the other aeroSling models but is significantly lighter. It is perfect for all suspension training beginners and those that seek an easy solution to train their whole body with when traveling. Thanks to the anchor sling and the integrated, removable door anchor the aeroSling XPE can be mounted almost everywhere.
Training with a suspended pulley trainer has two major advantages compared to common suspension trainers without a pulley: for one, instability during training is increased and, thus, the effectiveness of the training is increased as well. The interplay of your muscle groups is improved and your deeper muscles are strengthend. On the other hand, the pulley offers a whole range of exercises that common, static suspension trainers cannot offer.
The length of the aeroSling XPE can be adjusted with a grip knot. Simply loosen it a bit and you can push it up and down the main rope. If you pull on the handle it will automatically close and you are ready to go. Thanks to the pulley both rope sides will automatically adjust to the same length. And if you want to put your feet in the suspension trainer you simply push aside the handles and the handle loops will become your foot straps. You see, the aeroSling XPE is very easy to use so you can focus on your training more without having to worry about the perfect setup for each exercise.
Even though the aeroSling XPE is very light it is still extremely durable. The glass fiber-reinforced platic handles are easy to clean and designed for heavy loads. The other parts come from climbing sports so they are used to extreme conditions. The XPE is fully functional with a bodyweight of up to 120 kg (265 lb). This means that a 265 lb athlete can perform every exercise without limitations. The actual breaking load is six times the training load (about 720 kg/1587 lb) to compensate for load peaks that occur, e.g., when pulling up explosively when rowing with your full bodyweight. The grip knot is light on the main rope because it doesn't pinch the rope like the typical clips of common suspension trainers. We can guarantee that the aeroSling XPE will be a reliable training partner whether you use it indoors or outdoors, whether the sun shines or it rains.
